Bolt is all original, including the attached pull chain with finger ring which was used to allow access to the top bolt on taller doors. Casting is approx. 5-1/4 x 2-1/8 inches. Nice scroll like designs with a large 'S'. Tool-002 Antique Copper Glue Pot $50.00 Antique copper glue pot approx 4 inches tall and 3-1/4 inches in diameter. Both inner and outer pots are all copper except for the bail handles. Looks like they have had several repairs of the years. Oldtime craftsmen used there tools until they evaporated. These were used mainly by furniture makers to melt the glue for joints and verneer. Heavy steel blade with nice wood handle. Marked Wm., Johnson, Newark, NJ on the tang. Handle is approx. 3-3/4 in. long. Wm. Johnson operated the Hedenberg Works, Newark, NJ in the early 1900's.
